One bedroom and efficiency apartments are available that include carpet, stove, refrigerator, air conditioning. All utilities are included except telephone. The site is conveniently located on a bus line with close proximity to shopping, physicians, offices and hospitals. Transportation is available to group activities and shopping. A wide range of social activities and five optional kosher evening meals per week are also offered.

In Kinneret I a minimum monthly income of three times the rent is also required.
